Ojas is a Sanskrit Ayurvedic term for the body’s vital essence. It means vigor and strength and brings immunity and resistance to developing disease. It brings grounding and contentment of body, mind and spirit. Healthy Ojas comes from nourishing, calming foods; moderation in exercise; healthy relationships; a positive emotional state. Join us to learn about supporting a healthy Ojas through Yogic practice and Ayurvedic suggestions for diet and lifestyle.

Lynn Weinberger has studied yoga for over fifty years, both in India and the United States. She is a senior Viniyoga Therapist in the lineage of Krishnamacharya. 

Jon Weinberger teaches Tibetan Buddhist Meditation as requested by his teacher Chakdud Tulku Rinpoche. 

Simone de Winter has studied yoga and ayurveda for over twenty years, both in India and the United States. For the past thirteen years, she has practiced ayurveda in Marin County.
