Can the Dharma Help? – Meditate, Listen, Open Discussion

Mar 16, 2017

5 – 5:30 Tea and Snacks

Program from 5:30 – 7:30 PM

Can the Dharma help my Karma?

As you requested: a Thursday night gathering!

How can we be agents of change and

still maintain our Lungta (life force energy)?

Let’s continue our discussion – how can the Dharma help?

In these difficult times, where we feel challenged every day to maintain and build our energy, the Shambhala teachings on Windhorse or ‘Lungta’ (life force energy) can be very helpful.  Together let us find a way.

We will meditate, there will be a teaching on Karma and “Lungta.”  And we will have a discussion together.

Dear Friends,

In these unknown and potentially frightening times, I find it very useful to come together and share how we are feeling, learn from the wisdom of the group, and let the wisdom teachings be our guides on the spiritual path. Please join me as we continue this series of ongoing discussions, where we dip into our own wisdom and that of our teachers to find our way in the dark.
