Open Sky events booking
We will confirm and hold your event date(s) upon receipt of your deposit and completed Rental Agreement.
Event details must be finalized two weeks before your event. These include number of participants, and any equipment or accommodations you wish to have us provide. Any remaining balance of payments due must be made on or before your arrival day.
Cancellations
Cancelled bookings are subject to a cancellation fee depending on the amount of notice given:
- Over 6 weeks prior to event: 20% of the deposit amount
- Less than 6 weeks prior to event: 50% of the deposit amount
- 3 weeks or less: full deposit amount
Open Sky also offers a wedding and large event package.
